Latest Version Broke My Setup

Just installed the latest version. When I launch OBS, none of my scenes or sources display, and the preview area is solid white.

How painful is it to install an earlier version? Or is it possible to somehow undo the "upgrade"?

Is it possible to leave the current upgraded version of OBS on the hard drive and wait for when the obs-ndi plugin works once again?
AND also to reinstall a previous version (OBS27.2.4)? Just wondering if i reinstalled OBS27 to a folder in the program files called, "obs-studio-27" would that cause any problems with the one called "obs-studio"?

It is a lot of work creating the scenes and updating the settings and the audio filters. Just trying to minimise the problem.

I just tried installing OBS into a new folder - obs-studio-27 - but i got a message that Chrome needed to be closed because it was using files required by OBS. Still wondering if running two versions of OBS will confuse Windows?
