Try to move closer to the streamer. I heard someone said one day that if you can find a chair just behind a streamer you shouldnt have any delay problem. I am not compeltly sure about it but you can give it a try.

ohh well when i stream the time between me doing it and my viewers seeing it is so long i guess it you would call it stream latency? would there be any way to lessen the time. i know my Upload speed is good enough to stream so i have no idea why it would be so long

it was 21 seconds i haven't been able to stream to see if it has changed any

i also at the time of this posted tried it in both Classic and studio and it was still 21 seconds

That's a completely normal delay for Twitch, there is nothing to fix.

There is a reduced delay option in your twitch control panel which should help but also note that this option has been known to cause viewer buffering from time to time so if this happens, you will need to turn this option back off.
