Question / Help Latency Spikes While Streaming

So my DL speed is 100Mbs and upload speed is 15Mbs, when I start streaming my speeds are DL 75-90Mbs UP 12Mbs, I’m using a bitrate of 3500 for 720p 30fps streaming and my in game latency spikes really hard, usual latency is around 50-70 depending on game hosts, while streaming it can jump up to 500 for a short second and back to normal. How can I fix this?

Try low latency mode under advanced network settings.
