Latency Issues using iphone as camera?

I'm using Iphone 11 as my camera for OBS recording for my youtube channel's reaction video content. I just bought the iphone app last night and I still can get it to sync it has this huge 3-5seconds delay with the video from my iphone and audio. Please help.
