Question / Help Late frames after Windows 10 update

Ay, i updated to windows some days ago.. and since then my FPS counter on OBS havnt been stable at all.

I got no clue what is wrong. And when i start streaming Diablo 3 it starts looseing a few frames.. nothing huge at all. but the problem is the FPS.. since i play alot of CS GO i want 60 FPS constant and should be able to handle it with this computer.

Yes i did. and now i found that that it depends on which side i choose to have my monitor on in the windows settings.. If i have it on the right side its 60 fps stable.. UNLESS i use screen capture for desktop or something like that..

But if i put it to the left side which ive always had.. 30fps even in webcam fullscreen that had 60fps on the "right" side..

After i got windows 10 i ran Driver Booster to update all drivers

Don't use 3rd party utilities to update your drivers.

Get all the drivers from device manufacturers directly.
