I tried to upload log file for analysis but system did not respond where the URL is. I had to copy it to desktop in order to attach this file here for help.
I have been trying for a week to try solve this problem of dropping frames. My settings are attached. Is any setting wrong? Can anyone help?

1. Your GPU is maxed out and OBS can't render scenes fast enough. Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. OBS requires a little GPU to render your scene.

Enable Vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage.

If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game. If you are experiencing issues in general while using OBS, your GPU may be overloaded for the settings you are trying to use.

Please check our guide for ideas why this may be happening, and steps you can take to correct it at https://obsproject.com/wiki/GPU-overload-issues
2. The encoder is skipping frames because of CPU overload. Read about at https://obsproject.com/wiki/General-Performance-and-Encoding-Issues
3. Run OBS as Admin
4. Update Windows

After making those changes, record and post new log.

How to enable Vsync?
I stepped through 1 to 3, Windows are up to date.
I also changed the output mode to Simple.

However, the Preview window doesn't even move when the window images change after I restarted Windows. It only records the audio. I do not understand quite a lot of the terms used in the guide and really don't know what went wrong. 2 weeks ago, it was recording properly until I closed the browser and restarted the system. Thereafter, I have been encountering issues with the video recording.

Should the Advanced Sources "Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration" setting be disabled even though I am using Windows Capture as sources?
Should I use Image as sources to do the recording from a browser page? How do I tell OBS which page to record from the browser if "Image" is used as source?
I right clicked the OBS studio to run as administrator. However, the log file shows that it is still not run as administrator. How should I enable it to run as administrator?

Please refer to attached file for settings. I disabled Game Mode and enabled it after receiving the log info but OBS Studio didn't seem to recognise it.
