I downloaded this program, set it up, followed the instructions for the set up of the video card (pre windows 10 19.03) and it worked at first. I was able to record however as this was a powerpoint presentation via the web, it only recorded the sound, all the "screens" was only recorded the last presentation screen through the whole presentation. Now when I am trying to do redo this with a "pause" on the recording between each screen my OBS Studio is only showing a "blank white screen" instead of the web browser, although the sound seems to be coming in fine.

Update your windows 10 to the current version. Current windows versions support a capture method that enables OBS to capture your Firefox window.
