Did you try doing anything that the log analyzer recommended? That would probably be a good start.

1) If you are using SLI or Crossfire, you may need to disable it for compatibility with OBS
2) Consider either raising your bitrate or lowering your resolution / FPS
3) Try lowering your resolution and/or FPS.
Thats the analyzer info in short.

Solved it.
I should chose "source" from Game Capture, rather than "Window Capture"
Quality can be 720p on youtube.
