Question / Help Laptop Record (Not Best PC, but It worked in past)

Ok guys so let me start by saying my pc is crap and I just want decent, I am not trying to be pewds or nothing, but I want decent quilitity,I had it working for a while but I was trying something and now not so much, I want to record in 720p at 30FPS here are my pc stats https://gyazo.com/38cb43c88536574a337cf1c684b85f65 What should be my obs settings for recording? Let me know thanks! (OH MY ISSUE WAS, WHEN RECORDING THE VIDEO, THE VIDEO LAGGED LIKE I DID NOT LAG BUT THE ACTUAL VIDEO WAS SUPER LAGGY!)

Post an OBS log file from a five minute or longer high-action recording using the best settings you've been able to manage so far.
