1080p60 is not recommended at all, especially not on a laptop. Downscale to 720p. You should also post a log file and/or run it through the log analyzer to find common setup mistakes.

That's what analyzer said:

Aero is disabled
Aero seems to be disabled, consider enabling it unless using monitor capture.

Multiple video cards detected
If you are having problems and are using a laptop, see this thread for advice.

If you are using SLI or Crossfire, you may need to disable it for compatibility with OBS.

Excessive audio bitrate
Audio bitrates higher than 128kbps are rarely needed for internet streaming. Consider keeping the bitrate around 128kbps for optimal bandwidth usage.

Monitor capture detected
One of your scenes appears to be using monitor capture. Monitor capture is the slowest and least efficient method of capturing, and can cause FPS lag on both your stream and your game. Consider using game capture or window capture instead (this does not apply to Windows 8).

4 issues found (1 major, 3 minor).

So 1. I have to enable Aero? I heard that is not recommended. 2. So I can't use Monitor Capture in streaming at all?

You can use monitor capture, but it's just not recommended due to the fact that it lacks performance. You don't have to enable aero either, but it helps increase performance for capturing via window capture especially.

If monitor capture isn't in the current scene it shouldn't bother anything, it's more if it's currently active. It can also bog down the computer. We just don't really recommend using it unless you're on windows 8 and up.
