Laptop lags whenever I stream a game while plugged in

I have been streaming fine until recently where my whole laptop lags whenever I stream, and only does fine when I unplug my laptop from power supply.
I have tried every "fix" i can find in the internet and nothing seems to work.

May I know where or which directory is this?
I cant seem to find energy settings, and the only setting I can find is power plan where accuracy and plug-in profile is no where in it
