Laptop gets very slow when streaming

Hello,

I've been using OBS for more than a year now and everything was going smoothly and my laptop was not running into any issues. 2 months ago this problem started where if I leave my laptop while streaming and not clicking a single button it keeps CPU usage at 8-9%. As soon as I click one button the CPU usage rises to 30% and my stream loses FPS even if I only clicked the mouse. I have attached a log file of my last stream.

Thank you.

1. The new Windows 10 Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") added with version 2004 is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's a new and experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. Update OBS to the newest available version from https://obsproject.com/download . Old versions are not supported.

If still having issues after making those change, what button are clicking that causes this?

I disabled HAGS and streamed yesterday and it went smooth.

Thank you for the help!
