Question / Help Laptop crashed and now theres OBS fps issues and high CPU usage

OBS was working fine for me until my laptop crashed today. Now i am getting 51% CPU usage and only 11fps when monitor capturing (before it was stable 30fps) on OBS classic, on OBS Studio however its just unable to do anything so i uninstalled the software.

Something ROYALLY messed up your display adapter driver handling. OBS needs a hardware accelerated display adapter in order to function properly, that render driver is NOT accelerated AT ALL.

What should I try and do to fix it?

You're probably going to need to reinstall all your system's drivers (nvidia and intel video adapter drivers should be the focus)
