I noticed with the new update my only video filter is now bilinear. I've always had it on the 32 samples one and it drastically increased my image quality. Will this setting be coming back in the future or did I make an error somehow? I can really tell the difference. I usually try to actually play through OBS so I can see the same frame skips my audience sees and can react accordingly.
