Question / Help LAN only streaming

Hi,
I am looking for a LAN only solution of streaming a desktop + webcam. I have configured the scene as I wanted, but I am not sure if there is a way to stream it over LAN only. Would VLC help? Thanks!

Right now there's not a way to do this with OBS without an RTMP server. I wrote a guide on how to set one up, but it might be more complicated than what you were hoping for: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=2651

Thanks, you are right, it is not the easy solution I was looking for. We are going to use the live streaming. Thanks anyways.
