Question / Help Lagspike problem (ping)

Hey I recently got my new internet connection and it was supposed to be much faster than my last one, so I really got excited once I got it because I would be able to stream at much higher qualities.

Now I'm sitting here with 4,5mbps upload and can not stream at less than half of that without getting pingspikes (?)
I've tried as much as I could think of, some things seemed to help a bit but later on it just went to sh*t again. I really can't figure out what is wrong. Is there anyone who could read my latest log and tell me what's wrong? Would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: The attached picture is a pretty bad example of what really happened, since that was a pretty "lucky streak"
At its worst it was "high ping, low ping, high ping" and so on.

If you have high ping in your game, try out "minimize network impact" in broadcast settings.

Oh, yeah I forgot to mention that.. I played around with it A LOT. But it seems to have done no/minimal difference (I don't really know what number to set it to)

Hm, not sure unfortunately. You may just have to use whatever bitrate that works best.

That's kind of the whole problem, nothing (except my old bitrate when I had my other, lower internet connection) seems to work, not without ping problem that is, although they seem a bit milder the lower I go, which is logical, I guess.
