Question / Help Lags.

Hello.
Whenever I stream I'm getting a solid 100FPS in LoL. But whenever I try to watch the recording it lags like hell.

Do you have any tips to make it not lag?

I'm using Game Capture and I'm lagging both on desktop and In-Game.

It's not the game that is lagging, it's the stream itself.
