With NVENC all fine even on a very high bitrate.

But i want to stream and capture with x264

And here what's happening

OBS log is here : https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kPiFaUe2R4FMq7hjo4HgeY7-nn6i7OFhgQWwgrXICys/edit?usp=sharing

And i have no idea wtf!? If i make quality a little bit better, lags will be enormous! But game is working fine and i got stable 60 FPS in game (up to 120, but i set max FPS to 60 ingame) and no lags during capturing.... Lagging only video.

I don't want to downscale =) I want to steam 1080p and 60FPS And i know my hardware is able to do this... But it seeems something wrong because rendered video has such lags.

Your i5 is not able to stream1080p60 not even a i7 6700k can do it properly and its also not recommended to do since it would need a ridiculous high Bitrate to achieve a decent Picture Quality.

If you are talking about Recording that it might be possible by using either QSV or NVENC or x264 on ultrafast Preset

Not on a single PC Setup there a capture card will not help at all except if you are trying to capture a Console.
