Question / Help Lags with broadcasting

Hello guys,

I have got problem with broadcasting .. If i broadcast on www.twitch.tv/gizzercz my games run fine (Diablo 3). But when I look at the broadcasting I sometimes see lags (1-3s).
My PC:
8GB Ram
Processor: AMD FX 4core - 4,2GHz
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX570

I think my pc is good :).

Now Broadcasting setup:
Encording:
Quality Balance: 8
Max Bitrate 3200, Buffer size 3200
Video: 30FPS
Resolution: 1842x1036

and other is default only this i change :)

My internet connection:
(but if i broadcasting i see bitrate sometimes 800 and sometimes 1500-2500) hmm :?

Is 1842x1036 really your native resolution? This needs to be sorted out before anything else.
Set the base resolution to your native resolution and use the 1.5/2.0/... fixed downscaling to get a lower resolution which will be streamed.
Game caputure is failing for some reason, try to use only monitor capture, at least temporarily.
You are using the global load balancing twitch server, switch to another server that's near you.

Report back with a new log after doing this please.

You're using monitor capture and Aero is enabled. Turn Aero off. Also remove the graphics capture if you aren't using it.

last 2 days twitch have been really bad for me at near hd quality, lots of lag for viewers, have had to turn it right down. just my two cent it might be them..

Yes, this is windows 8 so monitor capture is accelerated, so that shouldn't be the issue. Perhaps using both game capture and monitor capture at the same time? Try to use only one or the other at a time. Also you're getting constant warnings with game capture so that may be a factor.

I am not using the monitor, but the TV which is 38 ". resolution 1920x1080, but adjusted to 1842x1036

Like Jim suggested, completely delete game capture from your sources and try using a 1.5 downscale option if 2.0 is too bad quality for you.

We have no logs of you to confirm that you tested it like we recommended, I can't help if I'm not sure you can follow the steps.

You're using the global load-balancer ingest. This relies on DNS-based geoip, which often results in a poor selection of the ingest server. I'd suggest using one of the many tools to find the best ingest cluster for you. Maybe someone else can link to them - I don't have the URLs handy.
