I encounter a strange problem, I tried adjusting my settings and even used another broadcasting program but my twitch stream keeps on freezing. I doesn't only when my bitrate is set to 200 kpbs but my upload speed is over 60mbps! What may cause the problem?
Means nothing if you choose an EU ingest server, all viewers of non-partnered and low-viewer streams are routed through the twitch san fransisco servers, which are NOT the same as speedtest.net's san fransisco servers.
