Question / Help Lags while watching the stream

Hello,

I started using OBS today and watched couple of guides on how to set it up. It seems to work perfectly on the obs software and ingame, no lags etc. But when I open my streampage on twitch to see how it looks it's just a frozen picture, well it moves every 15 seconds or so. I have a good internet connection, my upload speed is 9mb/s and I did put the bitrate and buffertsize to way under what it's capable of, 2000/2000. It's just that when I watch my stream it's frozen for 15 sec and then it moves for 1 sec and then again it freezes for 15 sec and so on.

I'm not dropping any frames or anything.

Would be very glad if someone could help me out here :-)

What days were you streaming? On the 15th and some of the 16th of November, a lot of streams on Twitch were having that issue, even the big name professional outlets (GiantBomb, Destructiod, etc), possibly due to the release of the PS4 and its ability to stream to Twitch. They (Twitch) was probably not as ready as they could have been for the influx of new streamers.
