Hello everone.
I have major problem with lags with optimized settings for twitch.
Right now I'm using those:

I want my stream to be watchable for everyone, even those with slower internet but I don't want to lose so much quality, atm its perfect. Problem is that if I use recommended settings for twitch (CBR and keyframe 2) my ping (I play LoL mainly) goes to 120ms... with "my" settings it's OK, ~60ms.
I'd like to know what I'm doing wrong and how to get best results.
