Question / Help lag's recording

Hello.
I have a problem when recording any game which lags my video . I have a poor internet . I do not want to stream , only record videos . Is the Internet can cause lag ? How not to hold a I would ask about the program settings and I can share then the parameters of the computer..
Always i have lags :(
im was using translator. I am sorry :D.

I do not know what set the resolution of the base but I played with the options you sent I felt a difference for the better. Adds photos can make me a hint . Thank you for helping
