Question / Help Lags PC with stream

Hello guys, me need help.
When I run the stream, my PC start very laggy in any game. But I do not have a PC so weak and Internet smart. Help: c

PC:

intel Core i3-3225 CPU @ 3.30GHz
Kingston HiperX FURY CL10 HX316C10BK2/8
ASUS Radeon HD 7770 1024Mb

An i3 is very weak.
You're also trying to use the Faster preset, which puts more load on the CPU.
You're also trying to run 720p@30 video on 256kbps; minimum for that is 1500kbps.

Set the x264 preset to Ultrafast, resolution downscale to 480p, and raise your bitrate to at least 800kbps.
