Question / Help Lags during stream / best settings ?

Hey ppl.

CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K 4x 3.40GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte G1.Sniper Intel Z87
Graphic Card: GeForce GTX 770 DirectCU II OC Ec
Memory: 16GB Kingston HyperX DDR3-1600
Internet: 100mb down 6 mb upload

I have some lags while streaming. I didnt feel those legs but my friends told me Iam leggy and how I can play with those legs. I noticed that i didnt hit well while streaming but i hit if I dont.

I tried different settings. My current settings are:

Max Bitrate: 1800
Puffer: 1800
Resolution: 1280*960
Downscale: 852*640
Filter: Bilinear
FPS: 30
Encoding: fast / high

I also tried harder settings but this is the lowest settings i tried and still laggy.

Hope someone has an idea. every message is welcome <3

go back to veryfast preset, fast destroys i5's

you might also consider trying to enable quicksync

I get an error if i enable quicksync. I get this: QSVHelper.exe could not find a valid configuration. Make sure you have a (virtual) display connected to your iGPU.

ive seten up the igpu but my sound doesnt work anymore :( i see the green bar while listening to music but no sound coming out from my pc.

you might also consider trying to enable quicksync

i use i5 @ 3.3ghz and "fast" is a bad option, but "faster" works fine with LoL, if you stream in 720p... I rarely get over 80% cpu with "faster"
