Question / Help Lags and Blurry

I uses GameDVR to record my Minecraft videos before, and found out there were many flaws, and it keeps on not letting me record. So I changed to OBS and thought it would be better... I followed the settings posted from other people in the forums, but the video is very blurry and laggy, it often stops and the video freezes and will instantly go to a later part of the video... This is very inconvenience, and I hope someone can help me with my problem.

Beyond that, we will need a logfile from a live session at least 5 minutes in length to be able to help.
