I am sure this question has been asked many times before, but I can't figure out why my game suddenly becomes laggy when trying to record? I am a 67 year old noob on this stuff, upload time looks ok, have a Radeon 580 graphics card, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz, and 16.0 GB of ram.....does using a webcam have any effect?
