Question / Help Laggy view in OBS when in game it's good.

Hi guys. I'm having an issue with my OBS.

When I load up DOTA (Fullscreen, Exclusive window) and play in it, there's no lag. Yet when I view in my OBS (even not streaming or recording yet), it's very laggy in the OBS screen. Stream is also laggy.

I did some troubelshooting. Tested out some settings. Tested with other games. In HOTS, it's totally fine. DOTA it totally does not work well. :(
