Question / Help Laggy Video

So I am trying to start a new YouTube channel, and I decided to go with OBS. I looked up best OBS settings, but my recording is still laggy. I know it isn't my processor, but I have a somewhat bad graphics card, but Bandicam worked, so I don't think OBS wouldn't work. I've tried fiddling with the settings and stuff, but nothing is working. Can someone please help?
 
Another thing, when I watch my videos, its only the game thats laggy. I've watched YouTube videos while recording, and it doesn't lag. Only the game recording lags. The game itself doesn't lag, but the recording lags.

There is no recording attempt in the provided log. Make a few test recordings without closing or restarting OBS in-between, then upload and post the log.
Also try running OBS as administrator and disabling Windows 10 Game Mode, Game Bar, Game DVR, other external overlays, etc.
If that doesn't change anything - make sure you have the latest graphics drivers installed. (You have GT 720, so the latest drivers can be found at the official NVIDIA website)
