Question / Help Laggy video

Hello.
I was trying to record some stuff on Youtube, and when i start recording, nothing happens.
But when i play recorded video, its laggy :\.

My computer specifications:
Processor: AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon tm HD graphics.
Graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 8570D
Ram: 8gb

I tried on other games: same results.
I'm recording on 30fps and 1280x720 resultion, but i have 40+ fps.
