I am experiencing an annoying lag when i stream video thru my manycam > youtube live, im using OBS however i have a hunch that the problem is due to my specs. I would like a peace of mind in what i'm capable of doing with my current rig. I used the OBS Estimator and it said i should stream 480P so my overall question would be what is the best setup too run a 720P stream? also, based on my specs could someone let me know if a really good graphics card will work or is it more CPU based. appreciate any feedback

720@30 is about the limit of that CPU, 616@30 would leave you more headroom and 480@30 should work just fine.

I've seen people stream with 6300s at 720 without issue but if you are considering a slight upgrade an 8120 would be alright. It would just allow you to do 720@30 (maybe more) without to many issues.

note that that process node maxes out about +/- 65C to which when you hit that, your CPU will throttle so make sure cooling isn't an issue. Second, make sure that your cores are unparked.

Do you think my stream lag is more due to the graphics card or my processor based on my specs?
I have no clue, you havent posted a logfile when you streamed for at least 5 minutes or more.
