Laggy video recording

When I recorded a training video for YouTube, it was really laggy. I also noticed that while recording, it lags and also I see lines going across the OBS recording screen. I attached two files that were created while I recorded for 30 seconds.

Disable HAGS
Run OBS as Admin
Post a log file form an actual session on it

Watch the videos using VLC player instead the not so good windows video player.

Thanks! I will give that a try and let you know the results later this evening.

So I followed the instructions but when I go get the log files, nothing shows. I go to Help --> Log files --> show log files
The directory is empty.

From following the steps, the video is still lagy and my display capture shows a black screen. Any ideas?

It's imposible to be empty. Every time you open OBS it generates a log file.
I also noticed that when I open OBS without Admin mode and record, the log files get generated. It does not in admin mode. I wish I could record my screen and show you but my Display Capture shows a Black Screen. Any ideas how to fix that?

Something is really broken in there.
Remove any display capture source you added and then:
Here you can find more in depth help on how to fix this

After you finish it, add again the capture source and test.
It's strange you can't do thing on Admin mode.

That seems to be on Windows 10 and I am on Windows 11. I tried typing in "sc config CaptureService start=demand" in the CMD as an Admin but I got "Access is denied"
