Hi, I'm kind of an amateur to OBS and PCs and such, but I'm trying to find the reason my stream to Twitch is really laggy. It tends to drops frames a lot on stream, although it appears to run fine in OBS. I'm streaming Xbox gameplay through a Avermedia LGP Lite capture card. This is my PC: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dell-780-S...=1546555981&sr=8-5&keywords=dell+optiplex+780
It has a intel core 2 duo processor, 2.6GHz. I'm currently trying to run my stream at 20fps, because it was laggy at higher fps. My resolution is 720p and my bitrate is 1000. Encoder: Software (x264) Encoder Preset: superfast.
My OBS never tells me that I'm dropping frames at the bottom, my CPU usage usually sits around 60%. The fps doesn't dip often, but will ocasionally.
Sorry if I missed any relevant info needed.
