Laggy/Stuttering output recording, ryzen 9 5900x gtx 3060 Help

Hello, I've been trying to record Call of Duty Vanguard for the past few days and everything that i've tried hasn't worked, i really hope someone here can help me because im losing my mind over getting this to work, i messed a lot with the output setting but nothing works.
