So I have an issue where my frames drop very little due to bandwidth for a short amount of time, which makes my stream laggy. Once my stream appears laggy in OBS from the dropped frames it never recovers, it remains laggy until I shutdown OBS and restart it. Is this normal OBS behavior? I am at a point where I do not think I am able to stop the frame drops completely, so I am hoping that there is something I can do about the lag during stream. If there is a link to something that discusses this issue please post! I have been trying to troubleshoot this for about a month and am close to giving up on it.
