Question / Help Laggy stream, need optimum settings

I am currently streaming on a Intel core i7-3770 CPU @ 3.4ghz with 12 gigs of ram. I have a 2gb video card that came with it as well. My internet connection consist of 65download 5upload. I am having problems trying to stream due to the fact that I have no idea on what to set my settings to according to my computer + internet connection. Can somebody help me out please?
