Question / Help Laggy Stream - Lenovo y500, 6-7 Mbps Upload

Hello,
so, I again create new topic. I want stream, really it's fun. I think, my computer specs is enough powerful and my internet is standard for streaming too.

My computer is Lenovo ThinkPad y500: CPU: i5 3210m on 2.5 GHz. RAM - 8GB, GPU: 2x GeForce 650M, Full HD display.

I have to stream with this settings. If I want higher bitrate, or something, stream is laggy.

You have a decent number of dropped frames. I don't recommend streaming over wireless. Otherwise, try changing streaming servers or lowering bit rate.
