Laggy recordings

Hi, i bought a gaming laptop with good specs to record games and my screen, i looked for the best settings for no lag recordings, however it was lagging my whole device, i even set it all to the lowest settings thinking i set them wrong but it still lagged, all my dreams are ruined, not any other program helped, my brother has a laptop with almost same specs but it was working FINE for him, i also had an black screen issue but fixed it, my specs
nVidia GTX 1650 Ti, Intel UHD 630 integrated graphics
8GB ram
Intel i5 10300H
512gb ssd
144hz screen
Windows 10 insider preview home build 21343

I'm posting this thread because this is the program that i trusted would be good, on my old dell e6430 with worse specs it was all fine, no lag and good quality. Please help

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Upgrade your ram into dual channel.I have the exact same specs with yours and facing the same issue before i upgraded my ram from 1x8 gb into 2x8 gb.It will dramatically improve both igpu and egpu performance for obs
