My PC has a Ryzen 7 3750H with Radeon Vega with 2.30GHZ and a AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 . I record on 1280 x 720 ( 720P) Bicubic , x264 , 2500 mkps bitrate and also at 30fps . It also reads encoding overloaded .
. However when I record , it is laggy and choppy .
Is there a setting or two that i can tweak for my recording to be smoother ?
