Question / Help Laggy Recordings for Overwatch

Hello, so I'm trying to record some Overwatch gameplay but the end result turns out to be extremely laggy and with terrible FPS. It's unwatchable and pretty bad looking. Please help me out, thanks!

Specs:

64-bit System
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K
8GB Installed RAM
AMD Radeon R9 270X

Use ultrafast Preset instead of veryfast when trying to record 1080p60

Leave scene buffering at 700 which is default.

Use game Capture instead of Monitor for actual games like Overwatch.

Also make sure your GPU can even handle 1080p60 on any sort of Details since its a Budget Level GPU
