Question / Help Laggy recording

I will list my specs down first:
Core i5 9300H 2.40GHz
8GB Ram
system x64

I always use it to record my gameplay, the game runs smooth but the recordings seem to be often lag(like frame drop).
Help.

There's no output session in this log. You need to open OBS, start recording or streaming, observe your issue, stop the recording or streaming session, then post the logfile.

Don't mix game and display captures in the same scene, they can interfere with one another and hurt performance.
