Question / Help laggy recorded video (R6 Siege)

My recorded video of playing Rainbow Six Siege is laggy. I've tried many different settings but the result is still same.
I don't know what to do or maybe it is my rigs limit.

Turn off 2-pass encoding in the encoder options, and make sure the nvidia in-game overlay is OFF.

I tried that but it still laggy. I even tried with 480p but nothing changes.

i notice that the laggy happened only in game not in lobby or character selection.

Are you running with a capped framerate?

No, I'm running R6 with vsync off and game capture with unchecked limit framerate

I recommend having it at 90 for good graphics cards like 1080 or 1070 or if not try something like 60-80
