Question / Help Laggy/Pixelated Stream

Alright guys, so I'm trying to stream DayZ Standalone, my upload speed is 12/mbs, so theoretically I should be able to upload in 1080p 60fps right? So I try to do that, but the stream just looks pixelated and laggy, even though my game stays around the 60 fps mark, any help would be much appreciated.

EDIT: I down scaled to 720, and quality is the same.

You haven't tried 720p with x264 yet according to the log.

So I tried it, and as you can see it does look better, but it's still not great, thanks for you reply.

The sweet spot for streaming to twitch (without partnership) is actually 1280x720, 30fps 2000kbit and the slowest sounding x264 preset you can tolerate.

You're not going to be able to do much better otherwise.
