Laggy performance in games

Hi, so when I record a game I play, usually Roblox it always lags, since I have an Intel encoder I use QuickSync but still it doesn't work.
Here are my OBS settings and GPU info

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1215U 1.20 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
Intel(R) UHD Graphics

By the way, can my laptop record in 60 FPS? Because everytime I try to record on 60 FPS it lags even more but less with 30 FPS

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

1. Update OBS to 31.0.1.
2. Your audio devices have sample rates that doesn't match the OBS sample rate. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Auriculares con micrófono (2- Crusher Evo): 16000 Hz
Auriculares (2- Crusher Evo): 44100 Hz
3. OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games.
4. Your log contains no recording session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS 31.0.1 as Admin.
2) Start your recording for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.
