Question / Help Laggy Minecraft

So when evre I turn my head in my minecraft it lags it out and I have to say the quality is at around 420p here is some information that could help you.
Screen resolution is 1366x768
My CPU is around 150 - 250 it can run 250 max
Normally 30-60 fps
my laptop has Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510 U @ 2.00 GHz
