Question / Help Laggy/Freezing Stream

Looking for someone with a lot more brainpower than me who can look at my log and diagnose what is causing the problem with my stream.

I do worry I might be posting some private shiz in this post, but I trust all of you Kappa

Your log shows your GPU is overloaded and some bandwidth issues.

that was just from streaming WoW Arena, not particularly high quality graphics.

I recommend the following:

1) Turn on VSYNC or limit your FPS ingame.
2) Capture your application with "Game capture". "Monitor capture" is significantly more taxing and slower, in my experience.
3) Reduce your bitrate to 5500kbps.
4) Set output resolution to 720p@60FPS or 900p@30FPS, depending on what you value more, smooth motion or visual clarity.
5) Use x264 encoder, CPU preset "very fast".
