What webcam, and is the webcam plugged into a usb 3.0 slot or 2.0? What resolution do you have the cam set to? Are you using your processor to encode or your gpu?
I've never had trouble with it, might have changed something on accident though when I was trying to make the webcam brighter last weekend in a different spot than where I usually stream.. dunno.
