Question / Help Laggy/choppy stream.

Hi, sometime in the last month my OBS decided to just go crazy.
I was streaming flawlessly before this.

I've tried tweaking every single setting I've understood, and some I haven't understood. But nothing helps.
I'm at my wits' end here.

I've tried everything from 2-9 in quality settings, lowering audio bitrate, lowering resolution, lowering Max Bitrate and Buffer Size everywhere between 500 kbit to 4000 kbit.

I feel like my computer should be handling this with no problems, and it has!
My connection should also be sufficient:

My ping to pretty much any Twitch-server in Europe is around 20-50ms.

Intel Core i5 2500k 3.3Ghz, 6GB RAM, Radeon HD 6850.

You aren't actually lagging/dropping hardly any frames at all, so I'm not really sure what would be the problem. Do you have a VOD link? It doesn't look like any VODs are available on your channel.
