Laggy after recording game

On the initial preview of OBS the video is smooth, I thought that the playback will be the same too. The truth is the playback is really choppy and laggy.

Under powered system 4gig of RAM only 2 cores
Did you have Set the Windows energy settings tohigh Performance.
Was says the taskmanager about the CPU then you try a record?

I use OBS analyzer it says GPU encoder overloaded

Yes have take an Look its a Notebook CPU with intigrated AMD radeon gpu very Low specs use Software encoder on 720p but the Chance to game and stream or record is bad
