Question / Help lagging while streaming.

Hi guys, first time i write here on the forum.

After a long time having this problem without finding an anwser, I decided to make an official forum post here on OBS.
while the title says it all. I am lagging in-game while i stream my gameplay. but when I game I don't feel any lag, but my teammates and enemy do see me warping pretty badly.
my bitrate i'm usign is 2.500 and my uploadspeed is 4.80 mb/s, let's say 5 mb/s.

Any idea how this can happen? i doubt it has to do anythign with the game (call of duty 2)

I hope any of you has some ideas, thanks in advance for any suggestions already.

You stream with your complete upload which gives your games almost nothing to work with.
Reduce bitrate to 3000 or below and it should go away. We recommend 2/3 max of your upload speed.
 
H4ndy, I said i am using 2.500 bitrate and i have a uploadspeed of 4.80 mb/s. how am I streaming with my complete upload :D?
